Biscotti’s are a great companion with tea/ coffee or simply on their own. And when Vegan, they are everyone’s delight.
Whole wheat flour
Plant based Mylk
Powdered flax seeds
Mix the Almond Butter well with sugar & Flax seeds
Whisk the Whole wheat flour, Oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder well.
Combine the dry ingredients into the wet one’s.
Roll & form into a dough.
Bake for 20 mins in Pre-heated oven.
Cool & flip sides & bake again for 10 mins in pre-heated oven.
Flip sides& bake again for 10 mins.
Biscotti is Ready!
Biscotti can be made Savoury by adding Salt & Cumin seeds.
Can be made using Cocoa Powder too.
